We offer a large variety of leagues that accommodate a wide range of curlers. So, whether you’re a recreational player or someone competitive; if you’re 6, 106 or somewhere in-between, the Listowel Curling Club is sure to have a league suitable for you.
Monday Evening - Men at Play - 7pm
Sign up as an individual. Once we have enough skips teams will be arranged. Players on each team will change each draw. The final draw we may have a fun"Players Draft" and possibly throw in a little Calcutta to make it even more interesting.

Tuesday Morning - Ladies Coffee League - 9:15 am
Ladies start your day off on the right foot by having a great game of curling followed by warm java with friends. This is a social league consisting of 6 ends of play. Curlers are welcome to remain on the ice and practice their skills.
There are 3 Draws in the Season and curlers are placed on a different team for each Draw.
The Final Draw of the season is played "Jitney" style.
First Draw is November 4-December 16 Second Draw is December 23-February 3 Third Draw is February 10-March 24
Tuesday Evening - Skip's Choice
Sign up as a Team of any combination of players. This league runs the entire season and ends with a year end playoff. Points are based on a Win Loss.
Wednesday Evening Mixed Social
This is one of our most popular!
Limited to 40 Curlers so there will be only one draw of 8-end games starting at 7 pm with two teams having a BYE each week. Teams are mixed up, however, couples wanting to curl together will be accommodated. Ths is a very social league so come prepared for a few laughs with great company!
Thursday Morning - OPEN - 9:30 am
Any club curler may sign up for this "Jitney" style play. You committ to coming but you never know who you are with or against until you get there! CRAZY FUN! If more than 32 curlers show up to play we will mix it up and create larger teams or play a six pack version. Games are usually 8 ends of play and include some fun testing of skills.
Thursday Evening - Ladies Night Out 7PM
Thursday Night Ladies Social League is for curlers of all levels who just want a night out with the girls. Games are 6 ends followed by lots of "sociable". Curlers are encouraged to sign up as a Team.

Friday Afternoon OPEN - TGIF League 1:30 pm
Get the weekend started with an afternoon game of curling followed by some social time! Sign up as individuals and teams will be organized for you. This is a MIXED Adult League and all skill levels are welcome!
Intermediate Curlers Grade 9+
This is a chance for Intermediates (Grade 9 and older) to learn more advanced skills and strategy. They also have the option to curl and volunteer at the junior time slot and participate in fun events (e.g. curl with Palmerston, family curling day, etc.) with the juniors. Intermediate curlers will be encouraged to participate in out of town bonspiels.
Sliders and Brooms will be provided for all curlers.
Intermediates may play or spare in any regular league play at no extra cost.
Special Olympic Athletes
This is a brand new opportunity for Special Olympic Athletes and Coaches to gather on Sundays for on ice fun and social. All athletes will be provided with equipment for safe play.
Junior Curlers Grades 4-8
This is a learn to curl opportunity for youth who are currently in Grade 4 to Grade 8. The Junior program is held every Sunday afternoon from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm for a total of 14 weeks of instruction and play. This will include fun events (e.g. curl with Palmerston, family curling day, etc.) and the option to go in out of town bonspiels (additional fee). More experienced juniors may have the opportunity to spare in the Wednesday night social league (additional fee) or join the intermediates.
Curlers that are 12 and under must wear the provided helmet and older curlers are encouraged to wear protective toques that can be purchased at the club. Sliders and brooms are provided for all curlers.
